Follow these steps to upload your file:
1. Enter the authentication password
2. Enter your name AND email address
3. Enter comments and/or directions for file handling (IMPORTANT!)
4. Click SELECT, and locate the proper file
5. Click the UPLOAD
6. Receive an automate message about the upload status Thank you for playing...
